Orders and Shipping
Delivery timeframes vary based on your location:
Metro areas: 2–7 business days .
Regional/remote areas: 7–14 business days .
Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched. Delays may occur due to carrier processing times or unforeseen circumstances
You can create a MyDealsOnline account during checkout by registering with your email . An account lets you save shipping details, view purchase history, and raise support enquiries . Guest checkout is also available for quick purchases
Address changes are only possible if the order has not been dispatched. Contact us immediately at Info@mydealsonline.com.au with your order number and updated address. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made
Check your “Order Shipped” confirmation email for tracking details .
Log into your account, go to “My Account,” and click “Track Order” .
Use our Track My Order page and enter your order ID .
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch
For security, we do not store full credit card details. Payment information is encrypted and processed via secure gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). You can save billing addresses in your account for future purchases
Yes, GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10% applies to all orders shipped within Australia, as required by Australian law. This is included in the displayed price
We currently ship only within Australia. International delivery is not available
Items from the same order may arrive in multiple packages if they are shipped from different warehouses or sellers. You’ll receive separate tracking details for each package
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re unsatisfied, you can return most unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some items, like intimate apparel, swimwear, and consumables, are exempt for hygiene reasons . Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. For faulty or damaged items, we offer free returns and replacements under Australian Consumer Law.
Oops! We’re sorry for the mix-up. Please email us at Info@mydealsonline.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll send the correct product immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item
We take full responsibility for damaged items! Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund and cover return shipping costs

Act quickly! If your order hasn’t shipped, email us immediately with the correct address. If it has shipped, contact the carrier (e.g., Australia Post) directly to reroute the package. Note: Rerouting fees may apply.
We can modify orders only if they haven’t entered the shipping process. Email us ASAP with your order number and request. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
Yes! Join our “Notify Me” waitlist on sold-out product pages. We’ll email you when items restock and reserve stock for waitlist customers for 24 hours before general sale.
